Did you receive the wrong item or an item you didn't order? -Let us know! In order to better serve out guests, we need to know what went wrong. We will be more than happy to refund you for you purchase, but we'd be happier to make sure you get the item you want! Are you missing an item? -Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. To save you money on shipping, we may have split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip. If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized.
Delivery In order to keep your shipping at a low price, we use Ground UPS for their low rates and their great service. Most deliveries will normally take 3-5 business days after we proccess your order. If you need to have your delivery rushed or to multiple locations, your best bet is to give us at call at 727-432-7447 to make sure we take care of you first thing. | |
